In the scope of ISO 14001: 2015 Environmental Management Systems certificate; Vergo manages the current and potential impacts of the products, services and activities on the environment, defines environmental aspects, evaluates risks and plans implementation of necessary actions.
Vergo supplies pre-galvanized and black Steel raw materials from reliable Steel suppliers in local and international market. All of our suppliers are able to provide a Material Test Certificate (MTC).
MTC is necessary for assuring proper compliance, reporting, and application purposes and ensure that manufacturers are working with materials suited for their intended purpose. This is particularly important for applications where specific compositions and tolerances are required to ensure safety.
In this manner ,according to Vergo Quality policy, samples are taken from each batch and controlled if they’re in comply with the technical specifications, instructions and technical drawings of the customer. Parts,which are not approved by quality, are seperated in production area and marked as NOK.
After final control of quality department, parts are marked and allowed for the shipment.
